3D Simulation

Using professional 3D modeling software, high-precision simulations create a 1:1 scale model of the surface treatment workshop and equipment layout. This model accurately replicates the workshop environment, including equipment placement, pipeline routing, operational areas, and safety passages, enabling planners to intuitively assess spatial structure and equipment positioning.  
 

The 3D simulation technology allows validation of spatial planning rationality—verifying equipment spacing for operational needs, material flow paths, and compliance with safety regulations. Through dynamic simulation and collision detection, potential interference risks (e.g., robotic arm movement conflicting with peripheral facilities) are identified early, optimizing designs preemptively to avoid rework or installation issues, significantly enhancing workshop layout Scientificity and feasibility.

Force Field Analysis

 
By quantitatively assessing driving and restraining forces in processes, it systematically evaluates factors like equipment performance and cost constraints. This approach builds a visual model to provide clear decision-making support for process optimization.

Flow Field Analysis 

 
Quantifies fluid uniformity and agitation effectiveness in tanks, accurately simulating flow patterns under different nozzles and pump speeds. Eliminates dead zones and eddies, providing data-driven support for tank design and process optimization.

Electric Field Analysis 

 
Precisely evaluates field strength distribution and current uniformity in plating tanks, predicting and suppressing edge effects. By simulating diverse anode configurations and layouts, it provides scientific guidance for optimizing current density distribution.

Electroplating Simulation

 
Integrates processes, chemicals, and equipment through simulation technology to precisely align system configurations with technical requirements. Achieves optimal product performance at minimal hardware cost, delivering true cost-efficiency.

Software Control

Our programming system consists of three main modules: fixed programs, semi-open programs, and intelligent electroplating programs, designed to flexibly meet diverse product demands. For products with simple processes, we recommend using fixed programs to maximize production efficiency. For products   with relatively complex processes, semi-open programs can be selected to optimize both process selection and production capacity. For small batches, multiple varieties, and complex processes, the intelligent electroplating program is the ideal choice, allowing for quick switching between different processes to maximize capacity.In program control, we center around the material number, which differentiates various workpieces and processes. Within the system, we preset the corresponding electroplating parameters for each material number.Once the material number and plated area are entered during loading, the system automatically transitions into production mode,ensuring efficient and precise production control.
 

Notably, the intelligent electroplating program demonstrates exceptional flexibility when producing  different products. When a process change is required, the system automatically calculates the idle cycle time, and once the idle cycle is complete, it  seamlessly transitions to the new process program,allowing production to continue without interruption. Throughout this process, the system ensures that the products currently undergoing electroplating are  unaffected, maintaining continuity and stability in production.
